Once the order has been received, we will take care of the preparation of the package to send it as quickly as possible.
We ship the next working day after the order is received. Orders received before 12:00 are generally shipped the same day they are received.
Once the package is ready, we deliver it to our national courier who will take care of getting the shipment to your home in the best possible way.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.
The day of delivery will depend on the destination and on the goods ordered, but a tracking code of the shipment will be communicated by e-mail directly from the carrier who is in charge of your package as soon as the shipment has started.
Shipments in Italy (excluding Sicily) are delivered in 1-3 working days:
– 2 working days for the Southern Central Regions and the Northern Regions;
– 3 working days for Sardinia and 3-5 days for remote locations or disadvantaged areas, smaller islands, Venice Lagoon, Livigno.
Shipments to Europe, on the other hand, are usually delivered in 5-7 working days.
Delivery by express courier in Italy: from € 7.00 based on weight (additional costs in addition to € 7.00 for smaller islands, Venice Lagoon, Livigno of € 16).
Delivery by express courier in Europe: starting from € 15.00.
Delivery by express courier in Switzerland: starting from € 15.00.
Deliveries to non-EU countries (Switzerland and the United Kingdom etc …) are subject to Customs. We will ship the goods following the VAT exemption rules for non-European countries, however when passing through Customs, the customs authorities of the individual states may ask the recipient for customs clearance, VAT and import duties. It is not possible to quantify the amount of these expenses in advance, so they remain the responsibility of the recipient and are variable based on the individual shipment. These possible charges will be requested directly by the customs authorities through the forwarder used (DHL or POSTE or GLS or FEDEX / TNT).
For total clarity and certainty of the shopping, start to insert the products in the cart and register your shipping address, the system will automatically calculate the real shipping costs to be paid and you will see them displayed in the cart.
The Cannoli will be shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Cannoli orders placed by Sunday will be shipped on Monday, all other orders arriving after Sunday, even those arriving on Monday morning, will be shipped on Tuesday.
This is to ensure that the products arrive fresh and do not remain in the courier warehouses on the weekend, compromising the product. The cannoli kit is inserted into a detail by means of an isothermal pad for food with dry ice / gel that guarantees the freshness of the ricotta, has a deadline of one week from the dispatch of the package (eg it starts on Monday, expires on Monday of the following week).
1.For all other fresh products such as cheeses and cured meats, the shipping day is from Monday to Wednesday. Orders arrived from Wednesday morning to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
2.All other products except those above (cured meats, cheeses), will be shipped from Monday to Friday.
3. Mixed orders that also contain fresh products (cured meats, cheeses and cannoli), will follow the same shipping days as the cannoli starting on Monday indicated above for the fresh categories. Eg If you order mixed products where there are also cannoli, the package will be shipped on Monday.
Before confirming your order, pay close attention and enter all the correct data such as Name, Surname, Street, House number, City and Zip code. We will not be held responsible if one or more fields are incorrect or incomplete we could change the fields of your order after confirmation.
If, upon delivery, you notice any damage to the package, please sign the shipping receipt to the courier “subject to control”, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with any refund of the damaged products.
Later, if you verify the actual presence of damage, you can contact us at email@example.com to open the procedure for returning or replacing the product / s.
Attention: All shipments to EXTRA-EU subjects (Switzerland and United Kingdom) will be invoiced with VAT exemption as required by current legislation. In Customs, before the goods arrive at their destination, the individual non-European states may ask you to pay the VAT not paid in Italy and any customs duties on imports specifically established by each individual state for the different types of products entering their territory.
